  • Working only contracted hours.
  • Only undertaking contracted duties and responsibilities.
  • Work to rule and job description.
  • Non-completion of time recording.
  • Ban on standby and callout.
  • Working at either home or office, whichever is the members’ preferred contractual work environment.
  • Withdrawal of goodwill.
  • Disconnecting or switching off work devices outside of contracted working hours or during rest breaks.

Friday 14 November was the workplace day of action for climate, coinciding with the COP30 climate summit. TfGM strikers were joined by climate campaigners and marched to join striking RMT colleagues:
