The second pay negotiations meeting took place on Wednesday 5 June. A more detailed update has been sent to union members. 341 TfGM staff had signed the UNISON petition for a prompt pay offer in line with the claim. UNISON emailed the details to HR, but so far they have been unwilling to receive the petition.
Union reps were disappointed that the employers were still not prepared to make any pay offer.
The next negotiations have been set for 3 July. Union reps from the three employers agreed to set a deadline for the employers that if no offer is made by 3 July, they will consult members over what action to take.
